(English Abstract)
This paper suggests a RFID technology based method to inspect the exact quantity of products. This method accurately and rapidly inspects the quantity of products in real-time using RFID tags, readers and Middleware. When the tagged products arrive in the area of RFID reader, the information read by the reader is delivered to the RFID Middleware. And the Middleware can provide quantity of observed tags to user. However, the EPCglobal proposed RFID Middleware only can provide the quantity of tags which is time based processing in real-time. It shows the limitations for the inspection of the exact products quantity. Therefore, this paper suggests data based quantity inspection technology. It overcomes logistics processing time delays and cost increasing problems. In addition, a lot of experiments are executed in order to verify our proposed approach. The results show that our proposed new method overcomes the limitation of the existing quantity inspection technology.
